Misc notes:
- In Oil Drum Alley, I had Donkey Kong in the lead early because it's much easier to get the hidden bonus level with Diddy - it might only be possible with Diddy, since I can't recall ever getting it as Donkey Kong.
- I mixed up Trick Track Trek and Platform Perils. We'll get to that one later...
